01. Company details
This site is owned by eLand, Lda, Portuguese tax identification number 517 252 589, Rua Carlos Charbel, 39A, Cacém, Portugal. Contact: contact form.
02. Purpose of this site
eland.pt presents eLand’s activity: acquiring internet domains and developing businesses on them. Its content is informational. Published information and submitting an enquiry do not, on their own, constitute a binding offer, acceptance of a proposal or a contract.
03. Permitted use
You may browse the site and contact us for lawful purposes. You must not compromise security, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or abusive content, distribute malicious software or use the form for unsolicited communications.
04. Domains, proposals and business
Submitting a domain or proposal does not require eLand to acquire it, assess it or enter a business relationship. Any acquisition, partnership or service requires a separate written agreement covering commercial terms and the parties’ rights and duties. Do not send confidential information before an appropriate agreement is in place.
05. Intellectual property
The text, visual identity, photographs and other site elements are protected by applicable rights held by eLand or their respective owners. Browsing does not grant a commercial exploitation licence. Reproduction or use beyond what the law permits requires the rights holder’s authorisation.
06. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the information accurate and the site available, but errors, updates and interruptions may occur. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes from the site’s informational content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory user or consumer rights.
07. External links and privacy
Third-party sites have their own terms and policies, for which their operators are responsible. Our processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
08. Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to applicable mandatory rules and statutory consumer rights. Disputes are subject to the courts competent under the law. We may update these terms by publishing changes on this page; changes do not alter contracts already entered into.
